Introduction to the jobThe business support lead within
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement is responsible to support the NPI
and supplier management teams in their daily operations and
structural improvement projects. The business support lead enables
and supports in Performance Management, Training & Competency
Development and Business Improvement projects. Alignment and
cooperation, sharing best practices and Ways of Working with the
Business Support and Training & Competency teams in other locations
is an integral part of the role.Role and responsibilitiesYou will
be supporting multiple departments within Strategic Sourcing &
Procurement such as; NPI, Sourcing, Logistics and Quality Supplier
management.Generate business insights by translating performance
data into visuals, reports and dashboards;Interact with
cross-sector stakeholders and be able to present and explain
problems; approach, results and recommendations;Initiate and
contribute to process and tooling improvements;Manage, drive and
sustain organizational development programs within S&SC aimed
at competency and training development, performance management and
structural improvements, likeKPI dashboard development,
implementation and reportingSupport Supplier Account Teams with
relevant dataCost reporting and analysisCompliance
reportingCompetency assessment & skills developmentTraining
developmentLearning and onboarding plan development and roll
outProcess introductions, improvement and complianceChange
managementEducation and experienceBachelor degree is required with
related experiences;Minimum 5 years experience in Learning &
Development, Performance Management or Business Improvement or
similar support role(s)Strong project management skills with
superior organizational, time management, and prioritization
skillsStrong presentation skills with ability to adapt material
based on target audienceDesire for continuous improvement,
development and eager to develop and grow your
organizationExperience working in organizational and/or technical
training environment preferredExperience working in a project
management roleExperience working in a world-wide organization with
multiple global locations desiredExperience working in the
semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical industries
