Competitive Compensation Health Benefits 401K Match Fantastic Company Culture Upward Mobility Company perks & Fun Events Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll, cost and inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and tax compliance. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including quarterly and annual reports, and coordinate regulatory reporting. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Monitor cash flow, funding balances, and oversee all payments including debt service and large disbursements. Maintain organized systems for all financial records, including accounts, transactions, and audits. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and provide variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Prior Year). Support month-end and year-end close processes and prepare supplemental financial analysis and reporting. Partner with department managers to prepare and analyze budgets, and assist with cost analysis, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare audit documentation as needed. Advise executive leadership on financial strategies, capital investments, benchmarking, and risk management. Continuously identify and implement financial best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Supervise finance and accounting personnel, ensuring team effectiveness and alignment with company goals. Qualifications: 10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
