Responsibilities Manage and execute the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare, review, and post journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with internal and external audits, including audit schedules and documentation Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Accountant seeking a stable, growth-oriented role with meaningful exposure to leadership and long-term career potential.
