This is a temp contract opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Shipping Coordinator , you will be: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing domestic and international shipping and receiving operations. Handling e-waste management and maintaining accurate inventory control. Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail distribution. Supporting office services tasks and providing backup support to other team members and locations. Collaborating with the Operations Team to ensure efficient project execution and continuous process improvement. Implementing new procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required. 1?3 years of experience in shipping, office services, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Oracle systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
