Job Description:
At SRO Marketing, we believe that providing outstanding customer

all of our customers with products and services that enhance their
everyday lives. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join
our Customer Care Representative team. As part of our Customer Care
Representative team, you will be the primary point of contact for
our customers. You will be responsible for identifying customer’s
questions and concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is
results-driven and has outstanding interpersonal and communication
skills. Customer Care Representative Responsibilities: Promote
products and services by directly interacting with customers and
build value based on customers wants and needs Serve as the primary
point of contact for customers, actively identifying any issues or
concerns and providing solutions in a professional manner Stay up
to date on product details, services, and promotions to effectively
communicate value and benefits to customers Collaborate with the
sales and marketing team and other Customer Care Representative
team members to enhance customer service skills and contribute to
sales and marketing campaigns that aim to drive improved sales
performance Maintain record of sales transactions to track sales
performance and customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty
