What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Management – Customer Service Representative: Represent telecom brands in retail and event-based environments Assist customers with service questions , account activations , and product selection Support ongoing sales campaigns through direct outreach and customer service Learn to train and manage junior sales representatives Help drive team success by modeling strong customer support and sales skills Contribute to performance tracking and management development programs
