In this role, you’ll be the face of Verizon, delivering top-tier service, building strong customer relationships, and bringing the energy and excellence that define the Savvy experience. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the direct link between our clients and the innovative services Verizon provides. You'll engage with customers, skillfully assess their needs, and provide solutions that truly enhance their experience. This role offers comprehensive training, continuous mentorship, and a dynamic environment where your passion for service directly translates into customer satisfaction and loyalty. Role Requirements for a Customer Service Associate Act as the first point of contact for Verizon residential customers, handling service inquiries across the internet, TV, wireless, and home phone. Actively listen, assess customer needs, and deliver clear, empathetic solutions, no tech jargon, just real help. Troubleshoot common service issues or escalate complex problems to technical support with precision and professionalism. Clearly explain billing, service features, and promotions to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction. Accurately process account updates and service changes while maintaining data integrity in CRM systems. Resolve complaints using de-escalation techniques and maintain a positive, brand-aligned customer experience. A high school diploma or GED is required; some college or an associate's degree is a plus. 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles with strong problem-solving skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, bringing a positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping people.
