Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Firebaugh, CA. This company

processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the
activities of electrical maintenance technicians. Plan and
implement preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical
systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair
electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, wiring, and control
systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical
codes, and company policies. Maintain records of maintenance
activities and equipment performance. Train and mentor team members
to improve skills and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and
operations teams to optimize equipment reliability. Manage
inventory of electrical parts and maintenance supplies.
Qualifications: 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in an
industrial or manufacturing setting. 2 years of supervisory or
leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical
systems, PLC troubleshooting, and control circuits. Familiarity
with NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and industrial safety standards.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals. Strong
problem-solving and leadership skills. Electrical certification or
journeyman license (preferred but not required). Benefits:
