Job Description:
Construction Project ManagerValley Children's Hospital is
seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the dynamic team of
professionals. This position is primarily responsible for the
management of assigned organizational projects or
changes.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage projects from original concept through final
implementation and provide a single point of contact for these
efforts
- In conjunction with assigned leadership and the Director of
Construction, manage and organize enterprise-wide projects,
including technology/system implementation, facility construction,
and programs/service implementations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, Project Management
Institute (PMI) methodologies, manage vendor/external agency
integration and provide technical and analytical guidance to the
project teamREQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum four (4) years progressively responsible construction
experience is required
- Minimum two (2) years HCAI experience preferred
- Microsoft Project and AutoCAD/Revit experience preferred
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Construction Management
Association of America (CMAA) certification is preferredPOSITION
