Job Description:

The Director of Partial Hospital Program oversees clinical operations for a mental health and substance use treatment setting, requiring experience in group facilitation, dual diagnosis, and crisis management.
Responsibilities include supervising staff and students, facilitating staff meetings, conducting patient assessments, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.
Performs utilization reviews, ensures compliance with accreditation standards, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to determine appropriate care levels.
Maintains clinical documentation, conducts chart audits, and manages a caseload of 4-5 patients.
Requires a master--------s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with at least 2 years of clinical experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Must hold licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC and possess strong interpersonal and team skills.
The role includes administrative duties and requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
