Overview:Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is the flagship hospital of Community Medical Centers a not-for-profit healthcare system based in Fresno, California, and the largest healthcare provider and private employer in central California. Responsibilities:What can you expect as an RN with Community Regional Medical Center?A nurturing, dynamic and team-oriented atmosphere in which to best use your skills and talentsTo provide comprehensive care for each patient in an exciting and challenging environmentPlay an important role in ensuring that our unit runs safely and efficientlyPaid training for ALCS and PALS The role of the clinical nurse is to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research, based on the Title 22 and Title 16, the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice, the Code of Ethics. Delivery of patient care in the Central Valley s only Level 1 Trauma Center. Learn how to care for the all levels and ages of patients with medical concerns and injuries ranging from the common cold to heart attacks and strokes to broken bones and major trauma. All of our ED physicians are part of the UCSF Fresno Emergency Medical Service and that makes our department a place where the emphasis is on education and teaching. Bring your customer service skills and we will bring you the experience and skills you crave. Qualifications:Minimum requirements include: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program. Current RN license for the state of CaliforniaMust have at least 1+yrs. acute care RN expBLS certificationAdult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into job. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
