Job Type Full-time Part-time
Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shifts, 12 hour shifts
Staff nurse responsible for safe and appropriate patient care, for
providing instruction, direction and supervision subordinate unit
staff, serving as a resource for all departments.
- Work requires thorough and advanced knowledge of the nursing
process, patient assessment and nursing standards, knowledge of the
California Nursing Practice Act, hospital policies and procedures,
intermediate pharmaceutical, math skills and knowledge of
management and assignment personnel.
- Must possess good verbal and written English communication
skills. Peripheral IV experience and skills required. Good time
management and prioritizing skills. Computer experience
- Must be currently licensed by the State of California Board of
- Must possess current American Heart Association Certification
in Basic CPR.
- ACLS preferred.
