Job Description:
Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Altoona, PA, for
full-time and part-time home health care.
Provide one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and
adolescents in their homes based on physician plans.
Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, treatments,
and therapies.
Educate families, coordinate care, and implement preventative
measures.
