Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty:
Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per
Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Area-specific competency exam
is required. Training on the timekeeping system is part of the
orientation. General orientation typically lasts one week.
Travelers are required to float within their skillset. Description:
This role involves providing specialized nursing care in the
interventional radiology unit. An emphasis is placed on adherence
to policies and procedures for patient care and safety. Nursing
staff will work a 40-hour week with rotating days off and no call
responsibilities. Candidates must maintain a professional
appearance according to facility guidelines. Floating to different
areas within the facility is expected based on staffing needs.
Strict attendance policies will be enforced during the assignment.
