Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation therapy team. This position offers a great opportunity for those with less than one year of experience who hold an active state license and are eager to grow their career in occupational therapy. Roles and Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and design personalized occupational therapy plans to improve daily living and work skills. Assist patients in regaining independence through therapeutic activities and exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and techniques to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.
