ordering /n/nResponsibilities:/n As an independent interventional
radiology technologist, works with proceduralists as part of a
procedural team to perform interventional procedures. You will be
responsible for performing complex diagnostic and therapeutic
interventional radiologic procedures under the direction of a
radiologist. This role involves operating advanced imaging
equipment, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality
imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment. This involves

treatment. In your role, you will: - Serve as an essential member
of the procedural team, working in close partnership with
Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Neurologists, Vascular
Surgeons, and Interventional Cardiologists to ensure the seamless
execution of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. - Prioritize
patient safety by verifying patient identity before every procedure
and ensuring consistent accuracy of patient information across all
imaging equipment and information systems. Expertly prepare sterile
procedural trays customized for each exam. Thoroughly prep
patients—including proper draping, site preparation, table setup,
and line priming— while strictly adhering to sterile protocols
throughout the procedure. - Assist with radiographic and
fluoroscopic imaging to deliver high-quality images that support
accurate diagnoses. Maintain patient and staff safety by actively
minimizing radiation exposure and fluoroscopy time in adherence to
safety standards. /n/nQualifications:/nEducation• Graduate of an
ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology required Experience•
1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab
or Surgical Services required• Annual demonstration of independent
interventional radiologist proficiency required• Computed
Tomography (CT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) experience
preferred Licenses and Certifications• BLS - Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart
Association (AHA) required• CRT - State of California Certified
Radiologic Technologist required• CRTFP - State of California
Radiologic Tech Fluoroscopy Permit required• ARRT - American
Registry Radiologic Technologists required Preferred • ARRT(VI) -
ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiography • ARRT(CI) - ARRT Cardiac
