Job Description Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for Primary Care
Physicians in Stockton, California. These are full-time permanent
positions offering salary, benefits, and bonus opportunities. We
are seeking compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physicians
to provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex and
aging patients in a clinic-based setting. The physician will work
collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure
coordinated, patient-centered care across home, clinic, and
facility-based environments. Position Details: - Job Title: Primary
Care Physician - Locations: Stockton, CA - Schedule: Full-Time,
Monday to Friday; rotating night and weekend call - Employment
Type: Permanent - Salary: $250,000–$280,000/year bonus equity Key
Responsibilities: - Provide direct medical care including
assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up -
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update
patient care plans - Coordinate care transitions and discharge
planning with hospital and skilled nursing facility staff - Oversee
medical care for patients in nursing homes and during hospital
admissions - Supervise and support nurse practitioners and other
clinical staff - Participate in 24-hour care planning and rotating
call coverage Requirements: - Medical degree from an accredited
institution and completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or
Geriatrics (preferred) - Active, unrestricted California medical
license - Active DEA and California CDS certification - Eligible
for Medicare and Medi-Cal provider enrollment - Experience working
with medically complex or elderly patient populations preferred
