Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 7 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in San Jose, CA Job Summary: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) San Jose, CA - Assist physical therapists in implementing patient care plans - Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments as prescribed - Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in learning and improving functional activities - Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy - Maintain accurate and timely patient records - Ensure a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home exercises - Adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards - Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education - Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team - Perform other related duties as assigned by supervising physical therapist
