CT Tech Location: King City, CA Agency: Mindlance Health Pay:
$2,334 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ID: 74544199
Shift: VARIABLE 4/10s Description: Performs diagnostic examinations
for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physicians and
radiologists. He/she will individualize patient care based upon the
age appropriate and developmental needs. Should be able to
demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care
appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit.
Performs other duties as assigned. Must have FLUOROSCOPY license
Must be CT and X-ray certified Days 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 4/10s
Additional & BILLING RULES: Billing Cycle is weekly. Any missed
meals and breaks must be pre-approved by Supervisor prior to
missing and will be paid with proof of approval. Overtime Policy:
The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week
shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The
holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus
$10/hr. The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting. Note:
For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice MMH the
All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift. There is no elevated
billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12. Housing can be somewhat
difficult to find. The facility prefers credentialing be sent in
one batch. It is acceptable and encouraged to provide updates but
please send compliance all at the same time once completed. Housing
