growing home health care team. The Physical Therapist will be
responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans
based on physician orders, and providing in-home therapy services
to help patients regain mobility, function, and independence.
Employment Type:Full Time Area Coverage:Sta. Clara County (San
Jose, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Milpitas and surrounding areas) What
You Can Expect as aFull-Time Physical Therapist Salary: Starts at
$65/hr or $135,000 annually (based on experience) Car allowance
after 6 months of employment Full IRS Mileage Reimbursement at
$0.70 per mile Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k),

coverage Paid New Hire Training (3 to 5 days) 24/7 Clinical and

valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications Negative TB test result and
