Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Valleywise. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Special Requests: RTO –Always requires facility approval Shift & Scheduling: This position is 7 shifts in 2 weeks so the person will be scheduled 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the following week.
