(4x10s | $20K Sign-On | Inpatient/Outpatient Blend) Join a
collaborative rehab team in the beautiful Eastern Sierra region of
California. A leading healthcare organization is seeking a
full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care across an
inpatient/outpatient blended setting . This role is ideal for PTs
who value teamwork, autonomy, and a lifestyle with year-round
outdoor recreation. Position Highlights Full-time, 4x10 schedule
Options: Mon -Thu or Tue -Sat Adult & geriatric caseload
Multidisciplinary team: PT, PTA, OT, SLP Supportive environment;
new grads welcome Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical
Therapy program California PT license (or eligible) BLS required
(within 2 months of hire) Strong communication & teamwork skills
Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or home health is a plus Open
to new graduates and experienced PTs Compensation & Benefits
$49.65–$78.20/hr (experience-based) $20,000 sign-on bonus (paid
over 2 years) Medical, Dental & Vision Defined Retirement Plan (
