Sierra region is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to
join its dedicated Rehabilitation Services team. This is an

role is offered as 4x10-hour shifts , with scheduling options of
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday . Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology
program. Licensure & Certifications: Active California SLP license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA – required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) – must obtain within 2 months of hire and
maintain ongoing. Preferred Experience & Skills: Two years of
professional experience in outpatient and/or acute care settings.
Clinical experience in geriatrics and/or pediatrics. Bilingual
Spanish-speaking strongly preferred. Specialty certification
through ASHA or other recognized boards is a plus. Strong
interpersonal skills, independent clinical judgment, and
adaptability in a rural healthcare environment. Compensation &
Benefits Hourly Range: $49.65 – $69.36 (based on career ladder
qualifications and experience). Schedule: Full-time, 4x10-hour day
shifts with options for Mon–Thurs or Tues–Sat , plus occasional
weekend/holiday on-call coverage. Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
