Job Description Seeking a Psychologist passionate about community health and family medicine to join our team in Fresno, California! Highlights: Full-time position We are looking for a healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations Modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment serving the needs of culturally diverse populations Interdisciplinary approach to patient care Doctoral degree in Psychology is required (Ph.D or Psy.D) Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required Responsibilities: Conduct Annual Health Assessments including an evaluation of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and comprehensive physical exam Perform evidence-based practice screenings including point of care testing (as appropriate) Identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management in the furtherance of treatment Formulate a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge and judgment and the findings of the assessment Communicate findings in the assessment that will be used to inform patients primary care provider of potential gaps in care Identify urgent and emergent situations and intervene appropriately Educate patients on topics such as disease process, medication, and compliance Compensation/Benefits: Salary starts at $105k/year plus bonus Salaries and are dependent on knowledge, skills and experience The base pay does not include other forms of compensation and/or incentives National and State Loan Repayment eligible Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Retirement plan with match Paid time off Paid holidays CME Stipend & Days Malpractice Insurance The Community: Enjoy life in a vibrant Central California community where affordable living meets year-round sunshine and breathtaking natural beauty.
