Job Description:
Title: Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant – Occupational
Therapy Schedule: Flex schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday -
Saturday Assignment Details: - Contract Length: 13 weeks -
Guaranteed Hours: 35 Requirements: - Active OTA License - SNF
Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year
Experience) - Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills -
Flexible and Collaborative Mindset Roles & Responsibilities: -
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and
long-term residents. - Communicate effectively with the
Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team. - Maintain
compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and
regulatory standards. - Complete documentation in Net Health per
facility standards.
