to: District Manager What We're Looking For 4 years of
leadership/management experience (fitness industry a plus)
Bachelors degree preferred CPR/AED certification required Proven
track record in team leadership, operations, and member
satisfaction Exceptional communication, organization, and
problem-solving skills Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by
example Hands-on, action-oriented, thrive in fast-paced,
high-energy environments What Youll Be Doing Lead & Inspire Build
and lead a high-energy, high-performing team Coach, mentor, and
develop staff to exceed expectations Drive a positive,
results-focused club culture Drive Sales & Growth Lead membership
and personal training sales initiatives Track results, hit targets,
