Support of ERP application and systems Addressing and resolving
errors with ERP and other systems Communication with users,
application owners, and senior stakeholders Improve application
stability and performance; observe patterns and recurring issues;
advise on permanent fixes and solutions Vendor relations
Documenting Preferred Qualifications for the Business Application
Analyst: Prior ERP support experience needed 3 years related
