background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion: Juris Doctor in
good standing with the CA Bar plus: Minimum of 2 years of labor law
and employment litigation experience Experience taking depositions,
handled hearings, and been lead counsel on a case. Familiarity with
wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour),
policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation
disputes is preferred but not required* 1800/billables per year
