Competitive Compensation: Based on experience, with performance-based bonuses 401(k) with Matching Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Professional Growth: Direct courtroom and deposition experience in high-impact cases Collaborative Environment: Close mentorship in a hands-on litigation setting On-Site Role: Benefit from real-time collaboration and streamlined case execution Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Handle trust & estate litigation matters from intake through resolution Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations Manage caseloads and court deadlines with minimal supervision Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy Maintain regular communication with clients and experts Assist with trial preparation and courtroom presentations Qualifications – Needed Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Member in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 1–3 years of experience in trust & estate litigation or closely related civil litigation Experience drafting motions, conducting depositions, and arguing in court Proven ability to manage caseload and meet litigation deadlines Strong written and oral advocacy skills Knowledge of California probate procedures is a strong plus Interested in hearing more?
