Job Description Job Description Warehouse Associate – Greenfield, IN Location:Greenfield, IN 46140 Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $15 About Us: We are is a family-owned electrical wholesale business dedicated to providing personalized service and support for customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. What We’re Looking For: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Greenfield, IN location. This role plays a vital part in keeping our branch running smoothly and efficiently. If you're dependable, motivated, and eager to learn, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Handle lumper duties and build skids for outgoing and incoming materials Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care Perform general material handling and organization within the warehouse Keep warehouse clean and orderly, ensuring a safe working environment Use a forklift to move and store materials (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train and certify the right candidate) What We Value: Reliability – Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and take direction Attention to detail and care for quality and safety Qualifications: Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred Forklift experience a plus, but not required – we provide certification for the right person Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
