Challenge. Growth.In this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Assists the Clinical Supervisor by serving as Primary Liaison for an assigned care area with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• He/she is responsible for coordinating patient flow and staff assignments and the oversight of Patient Safety, Quality, and Regulatory activities on the assigned shift.Qualifications:We are currently offering a $7,500 Sign On Bonus at hire for candidates meeting specialty experience bonus requirements.Experience and education minimum requirements:
  • Two (2) years' experience as a Staff RN in the area of assignment or demonstrated competency by achieving a minimum 35 points on RN Competency Model Evaluation form.
  • Six (6) months experience as a Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role.
  • Current CA Registered Nurse License.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Certifications as required for the unit.PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
