Now due to recent growth opportunities, we are now looking to expand our Customer Support & Outreach team! We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our Customer Support & Outreach Representative position. This will be an entry level position, as we do teach and train from the ground up.What Does a Customer Support & Outreach Representative Do? Work directly with eligible customers answering questions, providing specific product and service information, overturning objections, and processing enrollment signups Train one-on-one with the Customer Support and Client Account Manager to fully comprehend our customer support and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process Build long-lasting relationships with customers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow all privacy requirements Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumersSo What Do We Look for in a Customer Support & Outreach Representative?
