This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and has a keen interest in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing customer interactions, coordinating with various departments, and conducting market research. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's digital presence. Manage customer interactions effectively using a CRM system. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service. Ensure the website features a modern design, improved navigation, and enhanced functionality. Create a mobile application to allow customers to access services on the go. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Develop content for the company's website and social media platforms. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries. Train and support team members on digital tools and best practices. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to achieve project goals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure quality and compliance. Develop and maintain documentation for digital processes and procedures. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. Proficient in using CRM systems and other digital tools. Strong knowledge of website design, mobile application development, and social media management. Excellent skills in data analysis and market research. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Experience in conducting audits of digital assets and ensuring quality and compliance. Excellent documentation skills.
