What You’ll Be Doing Every Lead Sales Support Agent working with us is responsible for: Generating sales to expand Verizon’s network. Determining customers’ needs based on their preferences and other factors. Utilize in-depth Verizon product knowledge to provide customers effective solutions. Proactively generating additional leads and making follow-up calls. Participate in ongoing training and continuously up-skill in operational functions.
