Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in the payments and financial
technology sector, is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales
Representative to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in
driving the market share and presence of Global Payments across
assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
establishing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with
merchants and banking institutions, ensuring satisfaction with our
cutting-edge payment solutions. This position demands a strategic
approach to facilitate sales and profit objectives while aligning
with the company's mission and values. Identify growth
opportunities within the territory by prospecting new clients and
enhancing relationships with existing clients. Meet and exceed
sales targets and KPIs as set by the business. Present, promote and
sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective
customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential
customers to meet their needs. Coordinate sales efforts with team
members and other departments to optimize the sales process.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status
reports. Provide management with reports on customer needs,
problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new
products and services. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM
software is a plus Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage
time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified
Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or Certified Sales Leadership
Professional (CSLP)) is preferred.
