Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive for our Fintech Point of Sale offerings in San Diego. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional experienced in the financial services industry, particularly in fintech solutions. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving sales growth through value-based solutions, and enhancing customer engagement with our innovative payment technologies. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify client needs and recommend suitable fintech payment solutions. Achieve sales targets through effective planning and budget management. Deliver presentations and demos to showcase product capabilities. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Stay updated on new product releases and fintech industry trends. Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to enhance sales strategies. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Proven track record in business development or sales within fintech or financial services. Ability to manage complex sales cycles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of current fintech trends and technologies. Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP), optional but advantageous Courses or certifications in financial technology or digital payment solutions are preferred
