Stockton CA Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role
located in Stockton, CA, for an Associate DVM (Doctor of Veterinary
Medicine). The Associate DVM will perform a range of
responsibilities, including diagnosing and treating illnesses and
injuries in animals, conducting medical procedures such as
surgeries, prescribing medications, implementing wellness plans,
and educating pet owners about proper pet care. They will also be
expected to collaborate with the veterinary team to provide the
best care and ensure a smooth clinic workflow. Qualifications
Veterinary medical knowledge, including diagnostic and treatment
skills, as well as proficiency in performing surgeries and other
medical procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills
for educating clients and collaborating with team members Ability
to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple
cases efficiently A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from
an accredited veterinary school State veterinary license and
ability to meet continuing education requirements Experience in
small animal medicine is preferred but not required Commitment to
providing compassionate, high-quality care
